May 19, 2004 Notice of hearing to amend the rules of the medical marijuana program(pdf).

It is legal to grow and use marijuana for medical purposes in the State of Colorado as long as you have registered with the state:

Article XVIII of the Constitution of the State of Colorado:

"...Effective June 1, 2001, it shall be an exception from the state's criminal laws for any patient or primary care-giver in lawful possession of a registry identification card to engage or assist in the medical use of marijuana..."

This website is created and supported by Colorado Medical Marijuana Permit holders and patients. Its purpose is to provide needed support for fellow permit holders and to assist the registration of new patients. Along with freedom comes responsibilities:

"Your constitutional rights are like muscles, if you don't exercise them, you lose them."
